About Knotless Movement

Movement is Medicine. And it is FREE!!


Build strength, manage pain and help the recovery process through the movements your body responds to  positively! It can be an absolute game changer. Our body works as an entire system! A few systems in sync.


Stop looking for miracle movements and exercises for specific areas. Work with the body, love the body, CREATE a healthier you! Become aware of how you work as an individual! Our Fascial System, I believe is a system we should all try our best to connect with! Our fascia connects with every part of the self. It is constantly apapting to our lifestyle choices. It heals, builds and protects. It truly is an incredible part of us!


As a runner, amateur triathlete and mountain biker enthusiast, I live by my motto ‘Movement is medicine”. Knotless Movement is all about getting to know the self, about sharing different movements, that you as a client can try in your own individual self, interpret the movements how your body will allow. Never compare! 


Working with our Fascial System creates full body awareness, the Anatomy trains literally connect our head to our heels! There is no part of the body the fascia is not connected too. Our body's are incredibly smart, and if you listen more to the inner voice, rather than the outside "expert" you will become stronger, more able and functional.

Our Fascial system likes change, create a habit, work the entire self daily, change up the movements with rotation, twisting. Counteract your day.


Build strength, mobility, flexibility and balance. Help your body be the best version, start today at your own pace and get to know yourself through movement.
