As a runner, amature triathlete and mountain biker enthusiast, I live by my motto ‘Movement is medicine”. Knotless Movement is all about creating classes to help aid in the conditioning and recovery for specific training disciplines as well as pain management.

After breaking my ankle back at the start of March 2025, I have personally learnt how to deal with an injury both physically and mentally. And feel extremely grateful for my body’s ability to heal! I truly believe my “fit” lifestyle pre-break aided in my recovery and keeping the body strong, flexible and balanced is an absolute game changer.
