How it works
An open-to-all guided sauna session. Enjoy 15 minutes of heat in the sauna, followed by a quick cool off, repeated as a group over 60 or 90 minutes. Social, welcoming, and restorative.
Capacity
Social sessions are limited to 9 bookings, creating a group experience while still sharing the sauna space with others. It’s a great opportunity to connect with like-minded people in your community
